Sourcing

Every story names its sources. A fact runs only when two independent sources confirm it, or when it comes from an official primary source we link to.

Editorial decisions are made by the desk alone. Advertising and partnerships never shape coverage and are always labelled.

We correct errors openly, on the story itself, with a note saying what changed. Tell us via the contact page.

Every image carries its credit and licence. We never alter news photographs beyond cropping and basic exposure.

Opinion and analysis are labelled as such and kept separate from reporting.
